Here are two statistics that every real estate practitioner should know as we head into the fourth quarter:

According to the National Association of Realtors, 90% of buyers and sellers say they would work with their Realtors again. However, only 12% actually do.

What does that mean? It means that agents, as an industry, are leaving opportunities on the table between the people who say they’ll work with us and those who actually do. As we prepare for Q4, be sure to reconnect with your past clients. Ideally, you should be doing that all year, but it’s especially important now so that your business will get an even better start to the new year.
