Of course, that inventory is still flying off the shelves, but there are now more opportunities available to buyers. As an agent, you’re likely looking forward to a lot of great business.
However, this comes at a time when many people are entering an incredibly busy part of the year. Graduations, vacations, weddings, and all sorts of activities take place in the spring and summer seasons. When you add the time-intensive nature of buying a home, things can easily get overly chaotic.
