How core values can help you be more consistent in uncertain times.

What is most important during unstable times? We all want stability and consistency as practitioners. We want predictability, consistent executions, reliable outcomes, and steady progress toward meaningful goals. That sort of stability is difficult to achieve, and it’s particularly rare during uncertain times because many agents are unstable themselves. Some days they’re pursuing one business model, and the next day, they’re chasing a different one.

Last time, we talked about the four standards for achieving success, and one of those was operating by your core values. The key to being more consistent lies in these core values, and today I’d like to explain why.
